Your satisfaction is our first priority. To ensure your satisfaction, we ask that you call in with any questions about fabrics, sizes, cuts & colors of any garment before finalizing your purchase. We intend to meet all of your specific needs the first time. If you are unsure of your size, please contact us. We do not exchange due to size or color issues unless there was an error made by this company. We inspect each garment & accessory meticulously before shipping it to you. Please be sure to request any information needed to make a final choice before proceeding to checkout. SPC is not responsible for color discrepencies as each computer may show a color slightly different. Refunds are given under the conditions that the unworn garment or accessory is returned in the original packaging with all tags included. If the garment or accessory is damaged or altered in any way, a refund may not be granted. The worn or damaged garment will be returned to the customer at their expense. A refund or exchange must be requested within 7 days of receipt. A restocking fee of $25 may also be imposed.
